Applying for help and support

Initial contact can be made by completing our online application form. Alternatively, if you prefer, just call us to discuss your circumstances, and to find out if you qualify for our support.

After the first contact, if you qualify, we will send you an application form and upon receipt, we will follow up with either a Zoom call or a home visit.

After these stages have been completed, a submission will be made to the Trustees of the Foundation, on your behalf, and they will make the final decision regarding support.

Ongoing support

The Trustees have absolute discretion over the continuing support of each Foundationer, and all aspects of support provided by the Foundation. They review the circumstances of each Foundationer annually, and any change in the family’s circumstances can result in the Trustees changing their original decision.
